Extract from the Braflex Quality Manual

1. BRAFLEX S.R.L. Braşov, will offer products and services at a high qualitative standard, maximum promptness and efficiency, so that to satisfy its customer’s requirements.
   
2. Our purpose is to prevent non-conformities at all stages developed between requirement identification and customer expectations, the products and services purchasing. This is accomplished by maintaining a QMS according to the ISO 9001:2008 standards. The quality-related actions are:
   • Identifying and satisfying customer requirements and expectations;
   • Improve the qualitative characteristic of the delivered products and services;
   • Providing products and services at optimum price, according to defined specifications and current settlements;
   • Optimize prices for supplied products and services, without compromising quality, by means of reduction of non-conformities, supplementary operations and customers claims;
   • Prevent or detect and correct non-conformities at specified requirements;
   • Improve communication between personnel at all levels, from marketing up to final accomplishment of customer requirements and expectations;
     
3. Maintain good relationships with suppliers.
   
4. In order to be successful on the market, the quality management system is applied for each organizational department, and quality improvement is a continuous process.
   
5. Special attention is given to each employee’s training, in order to use personal creativity for realizing the quality policy.
   
6. This quality management system confirms and well-informs the commitment and co-operation between company managers and is maintained by analyses and audits, with the purpose of ensuring its efficient functioning.
   
7. The Quality Policy stated in this document, provides the environment for realizing and analyzing of quality objectives, and analyses will be planed for its continuous updating.
